Williamson County Schools School Age Child Care (SACC) is hiring Child Care Workers to join our before and after school programs across Williamson County. Every day you'll help create a safe, welcoming environment where elementary students can learn, play, explore, and build friendships. Whether you're studying education, looking for a second job, recently retired, or simply enjoy working with children, this could be the perfect fit.
What You'll Do
- Build positive relationships with children and families.
- Lead games, crafts, STEM activities, sports, and enrichment experiences.
- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor play.
- Encourage teamwork, kindness, creativity, and problem-solving.
- Help with snack and daily routines.
- Ensure children are safe while having fun.
- Absorb and assist with check-in and dismissal.
- Be a positive role model every day.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Successfully pass a criminal background check.
- Paid or volunteer experience working with children.
- Ability to actively supervise and engage with elementary-age students in a fast-paced environment.
