This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with children and is ready to build leadership skills while supporting the daily operations of a school-age child care program.

What You'll Do

  • Help oversee daily program operations.
  • Lead groups of elementary students in engaging activities.
  • Support and coach Child Care Associates.
  • Aid in opening procedures and daily routines.
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, school staff, and administrators.
  • Ensure a safe environment and maintain licensing standards.
  • Step into the Site Leader role when needed.
  • Be a positive role model for both children and staff.

Requirements

  • We're looking for someone who enjoys both working with children and supporting others.
  • Minimum Qualifications:
    • 18 years of age or older
    • High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
    • Previous child care or youth program experience
    • Leadership experience in child care, retail, camps, recreation, education, or customer service is a plus
    • Ability to pass a background check
    • First Aid/CPR certification (or ability to obtain after hire)
