Customer Service/Warehouse Staff

The Customer Service & Warehouse Staff supports customers in the Will Call department while performing key warehouse duties that ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Customer Service
  • Absolutely assist customers in person and over the phone with order inquiries and product information.
  • Accurately process over-the-counter, phoned, faxed and e-mailed orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Accurately process payments of Will Call customers as well as over the phone (cash, debit, etc.).
  • Build strong customer relationships through clear, professional communication.
• Warehouse Operations
  • Pull, inspect, and pack orders according to quality standards.
  • Verify accuracy of orders, label boxes/pallets, and rebox items as necessary.
  • Restock products safely and maintain clean work areas.
  • Report stock discrepancies and participate in annual inventory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• 1 year of customer service or office support experience (preferred).
• Warehouse or order-pulling experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and simple math skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, lift, and carry materials for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.

Position Pay Range

$17.78 USD - $22.59 USD
