Responsibilities

  • Build strong connections with internal and external customers to create “Customers for Life.”
  • Provide wildlife exclusion services and animal removal at customer locations, including setting up exclusion traps, cutting flashing, and forming hardware cloth.
  • Work safely on rooftops and use a safety harness when needed.
  • Perform basic repairs in areas damaged by animals using tools, sheet metal, and screening.
  • Maintain knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations regarding wildlife exclusion and removal.
  • Follow a service schedule within your assigned territory, ensuring safe and timely visits.
  • Educate customers on wildlife services and work to meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as customer service, sales, and management to deliver exceptional service.
  • Prioritize safety in all aspects of your work, including handling company equipment and vehicles.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • No prior experience required.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Physical Demands

  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Safely operate a company vehicle for extended periods, including travel between counties or service areas.
  • Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity, including lifting and moving ladders larger than 32 feet and climbing up to 60 feet.
  • Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, and other challenging environments.
  • Ability to work in all types of weather conditions.
