About the role

Arrow Exterminators is seeking a full-time Wildlife Inspector to provide exceptional service to residential and commercial pest control customers. This position offers competitive compensation, a comprehensive benefits package, and a supportive company culture.

Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough inspections of homes and businesses to assess for nuisance wildlife activity, such as squirrels, raccoons, bats, and rodents.
  • Identify entry points and assess the level of infestation or risk.
  • Determine necessary steps to protect properties.
  • Use expertise to educate customers on long-term protection and recommend wildlife exclusion warranties.
  • Build trust with customers and propose additional services to supplement earnings through commissions.
  • Represent Arrow Exterminators in communities and maintain a positive reputation for service and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Pass and maintain any state regulatory agency required licensing/certification exams.
  • Possess a current Driver's License.
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Present a professional appearance, including wearing an approved Arrow uniform.
  • Work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

  • Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency required licensing/certification exams.
  • Able to pass internal technical exams.
  • Possess a current Driver's License.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Present a professional appearance, including wearing an approved Arrow uniform.
  • Work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
