About the role
Arrow Exterminators is seeking a full-time Wildlife Inspector to provide exceptional service to residential and commercial pest control customers. This position offers competitive compensation, a comprehensive benefits package, and a supportive company culture.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough inspections of homes and businesses to assess for nuisance wildlife activity, such as squirrels, raccoons, bats, and rodents.
- Identify entry points and assess the level of infestation or risk.
- Determine necessary steps to protect properties.
- Use expertise to educate customers on long-term protection and recommend wildlife exclusion warranties.
- Build trust with customers and propose additional services to supplement earnings through commissions.
- Represent Arrow Exterminators in communities and maintain a positive reputation for service and professionalism.
Requirements
- Pass and maintain any state regulatory agency required licensing/certification exams.
- Possess a current Driver's License.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Present a professional appearance, including wearing an approved Arrow uniform.
- Work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency required licensing/certification exams.
- Able to pass internal technical exams.
- Possess a current Driver's License.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Present a professional appearance, including wearing an approved Arrow uniform.
- Work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
