We need to output HTML fragment with sections: Duties (maybe heading "Responsibilities"? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We have duties list, requirements, qualifications. Also maybe "Physical Demands/Work Environment" could be part of Requirements? But we only include sections when posting has real specific content. We have duties (list), requirements (conditions of employment), qualifications (education, experience). Also maybe "Benefits" mentioned: "A career with the U.S. government provides employees with a comprehensive benefits package." That's vague, not specific. So we should not create Benefits section because no specific benefits listed. Pay/Schedule not mentioned. So we will have sections: Responsibilities (duties), Requirements, Qualifications. Possibly also "Physical Demands/Work Environment" could be a section but not in the list of allowed headings; we could treat as part of Requirements? But better to follow allowed headings. Could we add a section "Physical Demands"? Not in list; maybe we shouldn't create new headings. So we will embed that info within Requirements or Qualifications? It's more about job conditions, could be part of Requirements. We'll include it as a

under Requirements. We must not repeat job title. No metadata like Job ID. Remove boilerplate: conditions of employment list includes many items; we keep them as part of Requirements. We need to use

  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So duties list: each bullet from duties paragraph. Requirements list: conditions of employment items. Qualifications list: maybe education requirements and minimum qualifications? Could be a list. We must preserve all substantive information. So we need to include all details from duties, requirements, qualifications, plus physical demands/work environment, benefits mention? Benefits mention is vague; we should not create Benefits section but could include a short

under maybe Qualifications? But it's not a requirement. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could include a section "Benefits" only if posting actually states them. It says "A career with the U.S. government provides employees with a comprehensive benefits package." That's a statement but not specific. It's still a benefit mention. However they said "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state that there is a comprehensive benefits package, but not specifics. Is that enough? Likely they want specific benefits like health insurance, retirement etc. Since it's generic, better to omit Benefits section. Similarly, "Physical Demands/Work Environment" is not in allowed headings; we could incorporate into Requirements as a paragraph. Now craft HTML. Structure:

We must not include markdown code fences. Just raw HTML. Check for any repeated boilerplate: we removed EEO etc. We kept all substantive info. We used

for subheadings; is that allowed? The instruction only mentions using

for section headings. It didn't forbid other headings, but to be safe we could avoid

    and instead use

with bold? But we need to preserve structure. Could use
