We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, no boilerplate, no navigation, legal, EEO, etc. Remove duplicated lines, application instructions (the questions list). Also remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. Also remove the list of questions (01-09) and required question etc. Also remove the "Supplemental Information Preferred Qualifications" maybe part of qualifications/skills. We need to extract substantive content: description of role, duties, qualifications, skills, benefits, pay, schedule. Let's parse the posting. Key info: - Salary: $63,828.00 - $91,944.00 Annually (but later says Hiring Salary Range: $63,828.00 - $77,886.00 Annually). There's a discrepancy. The posting includes both: initial line "Salary $63,828.00 - $91,944.00 Annually". Later "Hiring Salary Range: $63,828.00 - $77,886.00 Annually". We need to preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we should include both? Might be contradictory but we must keep both as they appear. Could combine? Probably list both ranges. But we need a Pay section only if posting actually states them. It does state salary ranges. We'll include Pay section with both ranges maybe as separate sentences. - Location: Boulder County, CO (maybe not needed as heading but could be in About the role). Not a heading. - Job Type: Full-time. - Schedule: "This is a full-time, benefited position that will work Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm. This position will work a hybrid schedule working both remotely at 2045 13th St, Boulder, Colorado." So schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm, hybrid. - FLSA Exempt. - Benefits: described extensively: health plans, vision, dental, family-forming benefits, 12 weeks Paid Caregiver leave, breastfeeding friendly, infants-at-work, LifeMart discounts, wellness program, EAP, PERA 401k, Social Security, additional life/disability, critical illness, county-paid tuition assistance, PSLF eligibility, Free EcoPass, Hospital Indemnity, ID Theft Protection, Pet Insurance, 8 Hours of Paid Public Service Leave, generous PTO, holidays list, vacation accrual details, medical leave accrual, PERA contributions, etc. We need to include Benefits section with substantive content. Must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. The benefits list includes many items; we should keep them. - Responsibilities/Duties: list of examples of duties (Answer phone line, review applications, schedule assessments, generate reports, project management, support recruitment/marketing, troubleshooting, attend meetings, admin duties, etc.). We'll put under Responsibilities. - Requirements/Qualifications: Required Qualifications: education & experience: minimum 6 years combined education/experience, degrees in natural resource management, communications, or related fields, and/or experience in related programs; driver's license, clean driving record; background check. Also "Preferred Qualifications": customer service experience, familiarity with Wildfire Partners or similar programs, experience with Salesforce and ESRI’s Survey 123. Also Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities list: ability to work/communicate effectively, adaptable under stress, customer data management, scheduling proficiency, fast-paced office, attention to detail, effective record keeping, effective verbal/written communication. We need to decide sections: Could have About the role (description), Responsibilities (duties), Requirements (minimum qualifications), Qualifications (preferred?), Skills (knowledge, skills, abilities). But guidelines: use headings for About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should avoid thin sections; combine if needed. But we have enough content for each. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not include application instructions (the questions list). So we remove the numbered questions 01-09 and the required question etc. Also remove "Supplemental Information Preferred Qualifications" maybe treat as part of Qualifications or Skills. We must not include the "Opening Date", "Closing Date", "Job Number", etc. Those are minor metadata; we can drop them or fold into short p. The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we could include a short paragraph at top with location, job type, etc. But we already have About the role maybe includes location and job type. Could include a short p after heading? Probably we can include a

with location, job type, FLSA status, etc. But we must not repeat job title as heading. Let's structure:

We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO etc. We removed that. Also removed the "Opening Date", "Closing Date", "Job Number", etc. We kept location in About the role and schedule. Check for any leftover boilerplate: The benefits section included a lot; we kept them. Ensure we didn't include any lines like "Visit studentaid.gov for more information." That's part of benefits (PSLF). We kept PSLF mention but not the URL. Might be okay to keep mention but not the URL. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The URL is substantive? It's a reference. Might be considered boilerplate? It's a link for more info. Could be considered navigation? Probably safe to keep mention but not URL. However we omitted the URL; we might be losing some detail. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The URL is substantive detail about where to get more info. Should we keep it? It's a link; but we are outputting HTML fragment; we could include an tag. However the instruction says output ONLY the HTML fragment; we can include . It didn't forbid links. So we could include the link. But we need to decide if it's boilerplate. It's a reference for PSLF. It's substantive. I'd keep it. Similarly, there is a line "Visit studentaid.gov for
