About the role

American Senior Benefits is a growing insurance company in Plymouth, Wisconsin, dedicated to helping seniors navigate Medicare, life insurance, and retirement solutions. We are currently seeking motivated Insurance Sales Agents to assist with Medicare enrollments, plan changes, and applications.

Responsibilities

• Educate seniors and pre-retirees on Medicare, life, and health insurance options
• Assist with Medicare enrollments, plan changes, and applications
• Conduct client appointments using a needs-based, consultative approach
• Build long-lasting relationships through exceptional customer service
• Generate new business using company-provided marketing and lead systems
• Stay current with Medicare guidelines and insurance products in Wisconsin

Requirements

• Professionals who enjoy helping people and building relationships
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic computer proficiency (email, CRM systems)
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a local team
• Active Life & Health insurance license OR willingness to obtain one (Licensing assistance and training provided)

Compensation packages are fully customizable to fit your goals and needs. USD $41,500.00 - USD $101,000.00 /Yr.
