WI Marketing Intern
About the role
The Marketing Intern WI will support the WI global marketing team across a range of product marketing and general marketing activities.
Responsibilities
- Assist with product marketing initiatives by helping develop and organize product collateral, sales tools, customer-facing messaging, presentations, launch materials, and internal communications.
- Support the team in maintaining consistent messaging and ensuring materials are aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
- Contribute to general marketing operations across the global team, including coordinating events, campaigns, content calendars, asset libraries, approvals, and project timelines.
- Auxiliary in digital marketing activities such as website updates, email support, social content coordination, and reporting on campaign metrics.
Requirements
This role is designed for a highly organized, proactive, and curious individual who is interested in gaining hands-on experience in a global B2B marketing environment.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program with major in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Analytics is preferred.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Google Analytics proficiency.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices.
