Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care
• Conduct resident assessments and ongoing evaluations
• Develop and update individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments
• Perform therapeutic procedures, including wound care, immunizations, and infection management
• Collaborate closely with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Promote resident dignity, safety, and quality of life

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
• Current New Hampshire LPN license
• Current CPR certification
• Compassionate, team-oriented approach to resident care

Pay

Competitive pay with shift differentials:

• 2nd Shift: +$2.50/hour
• 3rd Shift: +$3.50/hour
• Weekend Differential: +$1.50/hour (Friday 5 PM – Sunday midnight)
