Wholesale Warehouse Clerk

About the role
This role supports wholesale operational initiatives, including all warehouse aspects pertaining to our Wholesale business, assisting with receiving, fulfillment, shipping, and quality control.
Responsibilities
- Maintain quality control for all inbound and outbound shipments.
- Ensure compliance with all vendor shipping guides.
- Re-pack shipments as needed by following wholesale vendor guides.
- Manage incoming products and labeling shipments.
- Update Wholesale, Operations, and Logistics teams on all open and pending orders.
- Assist with timescales should it deviate from scheduled/confirmed deliveries.
- Assist in procuring supplies for shipping, labels, boxes, packaging tape, etc.
- Assist with inventory reconciliation.
- Report any inventory discrepancies to Wholesale Operations Manager and Coordinator.
- Report any shortages of price tickets and UPC stickers to Wholesale Operations Manager and Coordinator.
- Pull and prepare replenishment orders.
- Sort merchandise into appropriate warehouse locations.
- Sort and place items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to organizational standards.
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse space.
- Prepare orders to be fulfilled, pulling items, preparing orders, and placing orders in the shipping area.
- Verify that items are free of any defect and follow all packing and shipping procedures when fulfilling orders.
- Assist with expediting any Available to Sell (ATS) or special orders/shipments.
- Provide feedback to the Manager and Coordinator on solutions and improvements related to Operations and Logistics.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
- 1-2 years of retail experience.
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills within the warehouse.
- Self-motivated, hardworking, and a reliable team player.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.

Physical Requirements
- Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily with reasonable accommodation.
- Regularly lift and move objects 10-50 lbs; occasionally lift and move objects that weigh more than 40 lbs.
- Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance.
- Will need to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
Pay
$21.00/hour
Schedule
Monday through Friday (with some required Saturdays), 9:00am–5:30pm
