MAIN PURPOSE:This position is responsible for providing support to the Loewe wholesale business in the Americas, reporting to the Wholesale Director and assisting in business development in the Americas. The trainee will assist in maintaining a high-quality brand image and supporting growth. This individual will support the team in managing relationships with existing clients, assisting in communication, and providing account care.The position will involve assisting clients on matters relating to product knowledge and assortments, supporting the fulfillment of deliveries, and providing general support. Area Commercial Performance:Assist in communicating with store staff, headquarters, and clients.Help organize buying sessions and ensure partner attendance.Assist with EDI processes and maintenance.Support the return to vendor process.Assist in processing quality claims.Help maintain the coop file, organizing and logging chargebacks.Help schedule appointments, prepare expense reports, and assist with travel booking.Assist in providing copy information for our clients.Manage sample trafficking.Assist in maintaining lists, such as web store info, and partner contact lists.Support sales for DSM if necessary, including notes & orders after buying sessions.Assist with the overview of the DSM account if necessary.Assist in managing the Paris schedule (market appointments) & fashion show ticket requests.Support clinic appointments & organization, booking models, samples, etc.Help ensure delivery deadlines are met.Provide ATS for clients.Assist in the creation of reports and presentations.Analyze regional markets and competitors to build benchmarks for pricing strategies and wholesale.Assist in activities to promote the collections.Build working relationships with internal and external business partners.Support the Director on the expansion plan implementation of LATAM and Mexico development. Daily Management Operations:Support wholesale accounts with overall store management.Ensure the highest quality level of presentation is achieved within the accounts.Network and build business relations and partnerships with Regional locations.Implement Loewe North America procedures and share best practices across all retail Locations. Profile:Bachelor’s degree in business preferred1-2 previous internships in Fashion WholesaleBasic knowledge of retail business and markets.Good analytical, written, verbal, skills.Ability to: deal with ambiguity, work under pressure, multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Proficient Excel skills.Excellent organizational skills and keen eye for detail.Ability to travel if necessary.Bilingual in Spanish and/or French, a plus but not required.Strong knowledge of the luxury industry with fashion, art and culture sensitivity consistent with Loewe image and culturePerfect technical mastering of the different aspects of customer service, sense of initiative and commercial creativity with fashion sensitivityAbility to work in a team environmentStrong organisation skills, ability to work under pressure and prioritise, good reporting and analytical skills with computer literacyHonest, flexible, autonomous, dynamic, open-minded and self-motivatedGood communication and networking skillsLanguage skills would be an advantageEntrepreneurial, open, inclusive, authentic with a modern approachA Loewe ‘fan’ who is passionate and motivated to drive an ambitious growth project forward. OUR ENGAGEMENT The compensation for this position is from $20 hourly. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
