Trainee Sales Officer (Fresher)

About the role

We are looking for Fresher candidates to join our team in the Battery Sector. This role focuses on developing and maintaining strong relationships with dealers, expanding business opportunities, and supporting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing dealers to expand business opportunities.
• Regularly visit and follow up with dealers and potential customers within the assigned territory.
• Support the achievement of sales targets and ensure timely collection of payments.
• Gather market information, competitor activities, and customer feedback for business growth.
• Assist in promoting company products and increasing market presence in the assigned area.
• Provide effective customer support and maintain good communication with dealers.
• Prepare and follow up on dealer proposals, orders, agreements, and related documentation.
• Gain basic technical knowledge about battery products, machinery, equipment, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain professionalism, honesty, self-motivation, and a result-oriented work attitude.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by management as required.

Requirements

• No prior experience required (fresher candidates are welcome).
• Knowledge or skills in batteries, technical sales, sales support, dealer operations, new business development, dealer management, dealer relationships, sales hiring, or electronics industry.
