New Channel Development

  • Possess prospecting skills (field visits, events, email/phone/LinkedIn)
  • Run first meetings, samples, and pilots

Account Management

  • Conduct regular in-person visits and virtual check-ins
  • Present assortments, pricing, promos; place orders; monitor sell-through and inventory health

Sales Execution

  • Understand and execute the branch/region sales plan, including price updates and promotional calendars
  • Communicate plans to customers and internal teams

Cross-functional Coordination

  • Partner with Operations/Logistics on deliveries
  • Partner with Category/Marketing on launches and POS
  • Partner with AR to support timely collections

Customer Insights

  • Anticipate customer needs
  • Recommend solutions
  • Relay market feedback to inform demand planning and new product opportunities

Brand Building

  • Support trade shows, samplings, and distributor/retailer events
  • Deliver professional product training and line reviews
