WHOLESALE SALES ASSISTANT-OUTERWEAR

HOW WILL YOU DO IT?

  • Aid in daily communications with both new and existing retailers.
  • Support order management, coordinate market appointments, prepare for premarket and post-market activities.
  • Create, manage, update, and distribute various reports, focusing on product selling and availability.
  • Prepare for market appointments by packing necessary materials and conducting thorough research.
  • Analyze data to provide merchandise recommendations and assist in order entry and upload processes.
  • Open new accounts under the guidance of senior sales staff and collaborate with the Merchandising and Design teams.
  • Shop and purchase samples to present to the Design team.

WHO YOU ARE?

  • 3-4 years of experience, preferably in a wholesale sales environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience with NuOrder is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of retail math.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, focus, and ensure complete follow-through on responsibilities.
  • Outgoing, goal-oriented individual with a desire to expand professional network and achieve sales targets.
  • Strong ability to manage strict deadlines and demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Eager to learn and continuously improve.
