Qualifications

  • 5 years of sales experience, preferably in mens outerwear / mens sportswear, ladies outerwear
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong follow-up and organizational skills
  • Must be a self-starter, able to work independently
  • Must be willing to travel

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage retail partnerships and product assortments to maximize sales performance
  • Track and manage all purchase orders (POs), ensuring product availability and timely replacements
  • Analyze weekly sales data to communicate retail trends, performance, and competitive positioning
  • Provide weekly updates to the Sales Manager, discussing goals, challenges, and progress
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, creating new sales opportunities and promoting brand visibility
  • Explore new business development opportunities, introducing the brand to new accounts
  • Strategize and execute plans to exceed sales goals
  • Present products to buyers and collaborate on assortments to secure orders
