Qualifications
- 5 years of sales experience, preferably in mens outerwear / mens sportswear, ladies outerwear
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills
- Must be a self-starter, able to work independently
- Must be willing to travel
Core Responsibilities
- Manage retail partnerships and product assortments to maximize sales performance
- Track and manage all purchase orders (POs), ensuring product availability and timely replacements
- Analyze weekly sales data to communicate retail trends, performance, and competitive positioning
- Provide weekly updates to the Sales Manager, discussing goals, challenges, and progress
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, creating new sales opportunities and promoting brand visibility
- Explore new business development opportunities, introducing the brand to new accounts
- Strategize and execute plans to exceed sales goals
- Present products to buyers and collaborate on assortments to secure orders
