Job Description Wholesale Producer/Broker Job Summary Seeking a motivated and dynamic Wholesale Producer/Broker to cultivate strong relationships with retail agents, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive business growth. This role involves matching clients' diverse needs with customized insurance products and requires a strategic, results-oriented approach. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with retail agents and other stakeholders.Develop new business opportunities and grow the book of business through effective marketing and prospecting.Negotiate pricing and terms with insurance carriers to secure the best coverage options for clients.Identify and assess client risks to provide expert guidance on coverage options.Act as a liaison between retail agents and insurance carriers, ensuring seamless communication and efficient processes.Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and related documentation.Stay updated on insurance industry trends, products, and regulations to provide informed advice and remain competitive in the marketplace.Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriters and account managers, to ensure exceptional client service.Monitor and manage client accounts to ensure accuracy, compliance, and satisfaction. Qualifications/Requirements Proven experience in a similar role as a Wholesale Broker or Producer.Active and in-good-standing brokerage license, as per regulatory requirements.Strong understanding of the insurance industry, marketplace, and various coverage lines.Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple accounts and deadlines.Self-motivated, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.Proficiency in industry-specific software tools and CRM platforms.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not required).
