About the role

The Wholesale Parts Manager oversees the daily operations of the Parts Department, including inventory accuracy, wholesale and retail parts distribution, team performance, and operational efficiency. This role is responsible for managing staff, coordinating deliveries and logistics, maintaining inventory levels, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations, and fostering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee inventory accuracy and ensure timely restocking
  • Manage wholesale and retail parts distribution to meet customer needs
  • Coordinate deliveries and logistics to maintain efficient operations
  • Maintain inventory levels and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Foster exceptional customer service and team performance
  • Manage staff and provide guidance and support
  • Drive continuous improvement and support a safe, organized, and customer-focused operation

Requirements

  • Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
