Wholesale Parts Driver

About the role

We are hiring a dependable Automotive Wholesale Parts Driver to join our wholesale parts team. This role involves delivering automotive parts to wholesale customers, dealerships, and service centers throughout the local area. As a union position under Local 731, this role offers competitive pay and excellent benefits.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company delivery vehicles to transport automotive parts.
• Load and unload parts using proper handling techniques and equipment.
• Verify orders and ensure accurate deliveries to wholesale clients.
• Maintain delivery logs and obtain customer signatures.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Provide courteous and professional service to all customers.
• Follow all DOT regulations and Local 731 work rules.

Requirements

• Valid Illinois driver’s license.
• Clean driving record.
• Prior experience in automotive parts delivery or warehouse operations preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and time management skills.
• Must be a member of or willing to join Teamsters Local 731 Union.
