Parts Driver, Wholesale - AN Parts Center Spokane

The Wholesale Parts Driver delivers and picks up parts and equipment for the dealership while ensuring the delivery truck is in a clean and operable condition.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up parts as requested by the Parts Manager.
• Load the truck to eliminate damage to sheet metal and other fragile parts.
• Organize the delivery schedule to maximize efficiency and post the schedule for contact availability.
• Keep the truck clean and neat; regularly check the vehicle to maintain good running condition.
• Report any vehicle malfunctions to the Parts Manager immediately.
• Assist in keeping the parts department and parts area clean.
• Make pickups and deliveries safely and call the shipping department from each stop.
• Pick up only parts that have a purchase order on the invoice.
• Update the delivery log after each delivery.
• Work with the Parts Manager to identify potential clients and complete sales calls as directed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to use a computer and calculator.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with customers, vendors, and other contacts.

Pay

$20 per hour
