Responsibilities

• Support Hyundai Capital America’s floorplan dealer portfolio including processing of flooring and auction requests, customer support on the Dealer Access module of the wholesale management system and maintenance of dealer credit lines in the system.
• Aid in the day-to-day management of Non Floor Plan accounts including fleet, commercial mobility products (as required), real estate and working capital loans.
• Provide general administrative support for the Commercial Credit team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years’ related work experience in basic accounting reconciliation.
• Knowledge of inventory floor plan financing a plus.
• Bank or captive lender experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
• Proven detail-oriented working with monetary transactions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to work with dealers and internal departments.
• Team oriented, strong interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to multitask and perform multiple job functions simultaneously.
