Nothing else could get the job done. Most portable speakers aren’t actually meant for the outdoors and can’t withstand the elements, the ones that can aren’t loud enough to be heard. Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Wholesale Demand Planner with 4–5 years of experience to support forecasting, sales reporting, and key account planning. This role will work closely with the Sales team to develop accurate forecasts, prepare reporting for account meetings, and provide insights that help drive better inventory and business decisions. This person must have strong Excel skills and be comfortable building reports, forecasts, and analysis in a more manual environment. Experience working in an ERP system is strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain demand forecasts for key accounts based on historical sales, trends, promotions, seasonality, and customer insightsOwn weekly sales reporting and provide clear, accurate analysis to support business decisionsPartner closely with the Sales team on forecasting, account-level performance tracking, and preparation for customer meetingsMonitor forecast accuracy and identify risks and opportunities related to demand changesAnalyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities across customers and productsSupport monthly and weekly planning processes through reporting, forecast updates, and cross-functional communicationWork with internal teams to improve data quality, reporting consistency, and forecasting processes Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Analytics, or related field preferred4–5 years of experience in demand planning, sales planning, supply chain, forecasting, or a related analytical roleStrong experience with sales reporting and account-level forecastingProven ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales and support customer/business review meetingsAdvanced Excel skills required, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and building reports/models from raw dataExperience working in an ERP system strongly preferredStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills and ability to translate data into actionable business insightsComfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with limited systems automation Work Environment And Physical Requirements This position involves working in a traditional work environment, 5 days a weekOccasional lifting and carrying of up to 30lbs Why Join Turtlebox?: Be part of a fast-growing premium outdoor audio brand with strong momentum in wholesale and D2C.Coworkers who are as passionate about music and adventure as you are.Thrive in an entrepreneurial culture with room for creativity, ownership, and innovation.Complimentary lunch every day.12 annual holidays plus Paid Time Off.Comprehensive health benefits & 401k matching.Awesome discounts to complete your Turtlebox collection!
