Responsibilities
- Promote increased parts sales through collaboration with regions, dealers, and preferred partners.
- Analyze wholesale sales and shipment trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Complete PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) reviews for ongoing wholesale initiatives.
- Provide recommendations to management based on performance findings.
- Conduct detailed analysis of wholesale programs and business metrics.
- Calculate and process monthly rebates for client and INFINITI dealers.
- Monitor and report return on investment (ROI) on wholesale programs.
- Maintain active dealer participation lists for the Wholesale Advantage Program.
- Conduct parts market share analysis and competitive parts research.
- Track tactical program performance and conduct post-mortem analysis.
- Create executive-level reporting and training presentations.
- Ensure wholesale activities comply with legal and brand requirements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple business units.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related business discipline.
- 3–5 years of financial, pricing, and business analysis experience.
- Experience supporting business development and sales optimization initiatives.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience conducting business and performance analysis.
- Ability to communicate complex analytical findings succinctly.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence business decisions.
- Strong presentation development skills using PowerPoint.
