Wholesale Bakery - DRIVER

Crema Artisan Bakers is hiring Drivers to deliver our incredible baked goods all over Orange County. We’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented team members who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

About the role

Deliver artisan breads and pastries to customers across Southern California, including routes to San Clemente and/or San Diego.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time as scheduled; communicate any tardiness exceeding 5 minutes.
• Provide a minimum of 4 hours notice for call outs.
• Accurately count and package a variety of breads and desserts.
• Gain familiarity with delivery locations and entry methods on your route.
• Deliver products to customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner.
• Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of your vehicle on a daily basis.
• Communicate all vehicle maintenance needs, traffic violations, accidents, and damages in writing to the distribution manager.

Requirements

• Available for night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Able to operate large vehicles such as a Ford Transit & Mercedes Sprinter.
• Able to continually stand for 50% of the shift and continually sit/climb in and out of the vehicle for 50% of the shift.
• Push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs; request assistance or use equipment for heavier loads.
• Basic English reading and math skills.
• Dependable, efficient, and team-oriented.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish strongly preferred.

Pay

$19.00 per hour.

Schedule

Night shifts: 10 PM – 6:30 AM, 5 shifts per week, including weekends and holidays.
