Wholesale Automotive Parts Counterperson

About the role

New Holland Auto Group’s fast-paced, growing wholesale parts center is seeking an experienced Wholesale Counter Person to work in the Wholesale Parts Call Center. This role focuses on providing industry-leading service, including parts sales with an emphasis on wholesale auto parts for Ford, Toyota, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and Isuzu brands.

Minimum of 1 year of Automotive OEM Parts Experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Be the point of contact for new and existing wholesale customers
• Keep the Parts Manager informed on the status of all accounts
• Take customer orders and verify requests; look up parts in catalog
• Achieve company sales goals and objectives
• Provide high-quality service to all clients
• Complete sales by entering purchased items into the DMS, confirming payment, and issuing sales receipts
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading about new products
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Automotive OEM Parts Experience (required)
• Experience with Repair Link, Collision Link, CCC, OPS, OEC, etc. (a plus)
• Able to work well with others and learn new tasks
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, friendly attitude with a customer service mentality
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Math, reading, and basic computer skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
