Position Overview

The Wholesale Account Executive role at 11 Mortgage is focused on sourcing, building, and maintaining strong relationships with mortgage brokers to generate business referrals and extend the 11 Mortgage name through networking, conferences, and social media.

Essential Functions of the Role

  • Establish and maintain relationships with mortgage brokers and mortgage bankers to generate business referrals.
  • Present loan products, pricing, point of contacts, and business model to prospective and existing customers.
  • Educate brokers and banking partners on 11 Mortgage procedures to expedite underwriting, locking, and closing.
  • Act as the mediator between external partners and 11 Mortgage operations.
  • Extend the 11 Mortgage name through networking, conferences, and social media.

  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal lending laws (TILA, RESPA, HMDA, etc.)
  • Ability to adapt to market changes
  • Knowledge of the mortgage loan process

Experience Requirements

A minimum of three (3) years wholesale mortgage lending sales experience is required.

Education / Licensing Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Some college education is preferred.

  • Requires normal hearing levels (corrected)
  • Requires working at a desk to use a phone and computer for extended periods of time
  • Requires sitting, bending
  • Works effectively with frequent interruptions
  • Lifting requirements of 10 lbs. occasionally
  • Occasional travel >20%

Pay

$36,000.00 to $54,000.00 annually depending on experience, and is eligible for unlimited commission earnings
