Whole Body Team Member (Body Care, Makeup, Vitamins, Nutrition - Stocker, Inventory, Floor Service) - Part Time

Job Responsibilities

• Maintains product quality and freshness.
• Logs and processes customer special orders.
• Completes spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets.
• Follows department procedures for product preparation, storage, rotation, and stocking.
• Assists in training new Team Members.
• Supports national, regional, and store programs.
• Arrives on time, appropriately groomed, and ready to work.
• Provides excellent customer service and models suggestive selling techniques.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Maximizes sales potential through proper procedures.
• Fulfills safety and sanitation requirements.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary working environment.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties.
• Immediately reports safety hazards and violations.

  Physical Requirements / Working Conditions

  • Lifts up to 50 pounds.
  • Standing/walking 6-8 hours, sitting 1-4 hours per 8-hour workday.
  • Hand use: single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, pulling.
  • Bending, twisting, squatting, reaching.
  • Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals.
  • Exposure to temperatures: 90°F.
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Use of tools and equipment: box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery.
  • May require use of ladders.

    Experience

    • No prior retail experience required.

      Pay Range

      The wage range for this position is $18.00-$25.40 per hour, commensurate with experience.
