Whey Production - Manufacturing Role

Position Summary

This role involves working alongside experienced operators to learn whey processing, drying, and packaging. No prior experience is required, as training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Aid in whey processing and equipment maintenance
• Support sanitation and cleaning procedures
• Monitor process conditions and document production activities
• Handle products safely and follow safety protocols
• Communicate effectively with team members and attend training sessions

Qualifications & Skills

• Team-oriented with a willingness to learn
• Good communication, attention to detail, problem-solving skills
• Reliable, proactive, able to follow instructions
• High school diploma or GED; must be 18+
• Ability to maintain forklift certification
• Prior manufacturing or food production experience preferred
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred

Work Environment & Physical Demands

• Located in a food manufacturing facility with exposure to noise, chemicals, and moving equipment
• Use of personal protective equipment required
