Whey Plant Machine Operator III-Wet Nights

Job Responsibilities

Operate and clean the AMVR Evaporator in automatic and manual modes.

Operate and clean the TFD and MSD spray dryers.

Perform lab work as required.

Recognize deficiencies in product.

Operate equipment in preparation for cream shipments.

Troubleshoot and solve any production problems during operation.

Keep all records accurate and up to date.

Keep equipment and plant in condition that will meet all regulatory agency requirements.

Requirements

Ability to adapt to change quickly.

Ability to understand the basic operation of evaporator and dryer and be capable of making process adjustments to them.

Basic computer skills required.

Preferred

A high school diploma or GED.

A basic understanding of manufacturing processes and related equipment.

The ability to make minor decisions based on standard practices.

Basic math skills to adjust process changes.

SAP experience.

Pay

$26.05 - $26.60 per hour.
