About the role
Maximus Global Services (MGS) provides aviation services at various airports in the US including John Wayne Airport (SNA). We are seeking a Wheelchair Agent to join our dynamic and growing team.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with the supervisor on duty at all times
- Review and assign daily manning tasks
- Take passengers to and from assigned doors, ensuring security procedures are met
- Guide passengers through customs and baggage claim to the curb
- Return the wheelchair to its initial position after service
Requirements
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stand or walk constantly for up to an entire shift
- Bend/twist at waist/knees/neck, pull and push to perform duties
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 pounds
- Effective interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public
- Read, write, and speak English fluently
- Pass background investigation and pre-employment drug/alcohol test
- Eligible for CBP seal and pass criminal background check
Qualifications
