Wheel Remanufacturing Route Driver-Experienced

Requirements

• Operational Excellence: Providing safe and efficient transport of customer wheels from various locations to remanufacturing shop location.
• Jacking up cars safely (training provided): Removing and installing wheels to manufacturers requirements and torque specifications.
• Loading and unloading of wheels in a safe and efficient manner.
• Operating Dent Wizard vehicle in a safe and efficient manner.
• Obtaining the correct paperwork information and Customer Payment.

Position Requirements

• Valid Driver's License.
• Two plus years' experience as a transport driver preferred with some minor automotive experience.
• Knowledge of unibody automobile and EV jacking and lift points preferred.
• Ability to assist/move up to 80 lbs.
• Moderate noise level.
• Must be able to work outside in the elements.
• Able to visually identify proper lifting points on a vehicle (typically requires good near vision).
• Adequate depth perception to judge distances while placing or removing the jack/stands.
• Able to perform precise tasks such as loosening/tightening lug nuts, aligning wheel bolts, and operating power tools (e.g., impact wrench, torque wrench).

The Starting Compensation Is Expected To Be $19.00 to $22.00/hour.
