About the role

Africa Panda Equipment Company Limited is seeking a skilled Wheel Loader Operator to join our team in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to move materials efficiently and safely across our sites. You will ensure that all operations are conducted in accordance with company safety standards and that the equipment is maintained in top working condition.

Responsibilities

• Operate wheel loaders to move materials efficiently and safely across sites
• Conduct daily machine checks to ensure equipment is in optimal working condition
• Identify mechanical issues early and report them for timely maintenance
• Follow operational procedures strictly to maintain safety and productivity standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, specifically wheel loaders
• Strong commitment to safety and adherence to company safety standards
• Ability to perform daily machine checks and identify mechanical issues
