About the role

We are searching for a UKG Pro WFM Solution Consultant (formerly Kronos Workforce Dimensions) to join our team. Successful candidates will possess extensive UKG WFM implementation and configuration consulting experience. As a UKG WFM Solution Consultant, you will be part of team assigned to guiding one or more clients of varying size and complexity, through the launch of UKG Pro WFM.

Responsibilities

  • Exude confidence, passion, and a strong desire for customer success
  • Learn and become an expert in company implementation methodology and use this methodology on all customer engagements
  • Understand project objective details in order to provide system design configurations and best practice recommendations
  • Work with Project Manager(s) to analyze client business needs to determine optimal UKG WFM configuration
  • Consult with clients to design, build, test and deploy UKG WFM functional components
  • Build and deliver design documentation necessary to effectively communicate configuration requirements and recommendations to customers
  • Manage multiple client implementations and/or post go-live projects simultaneously
  • Set priorities, develop a work schedule, monitor progress towards goals and track daily activities
  • Effectively assist with the transition of client to ongoing vendor support
  • Identify risks and communicate issues to internal and external project managers
  • Conduct consulting sessions, online or in-person
  • Attend client project meetings to provide accurate status and progress of activities and deliverables
  • Achieve and maintain thorough knowledge and required UKG certification(s) WFM
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to other consultants pertaining to UKG WFM
  • Achieve company utilization targets
  • Other duties as necessary

Required Experience

  • Minimum of 5-years of UKG WFM experience or equivalent UKG Workforce Central certification
  • Previous experience in professional services or consulting organization
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
  • A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards
  • Strong work ethic and sense of pride in work efforts and deliverables
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team

Preferred Experience

  • End-to-end experience with the following UKG WFM modules: Timekeeping, Attendance, Accruals, Scheduling, Advanced Scheduling, Attestation, Leave, Activities, Forecasting
  • Experience with ADP eTime/Workforce Management optional
  • Understanding of UKG Paragon methodology/tools
  • Participated in the full lifecycle of UKG product implementation from discovery through design, build, test, and user adoption
  • Provided discovery and analysis for client business requirements and business processes
  • Created usable documentation including audit findings, business requirements, and product design documents
  • Translated findings and product design documentation into properly configured applications (Timekeeping, Scheduler, etc.)
  • Actively participated, and as needed lead, testing, and quality assurance activities for the projects
  • Assisted with change management and user acceptance testing
  • Work closely with Project Managers communicating and understanding the goals required to complete the required tasks on time and budget
  • Maintained the internal project management system up to date with all-time worked, task status, and related documentation
  • Maintained current in-depth technical, functional, and operational knowledge of UKG Workforce Management
  • Experience with UKG Workforce Central and understanding of WFC/WFM differences

Work and Travel Requirements

  • Able to work remotely from a home office
  • Legal residence and ability to work in the United States OR legal residence and ability to work in Canada
  • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 10-15%
