Wetout Technician

Responsibilities

• Prepare Cure-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) liners according to customer specifications.
• Stage, wrap, load, and secure liners for transport.
• Mix chemicals requiring respiratory protection.
• Operate wet out or truck conveyors, tugger systems, static mixers, and other process-related equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load wet out tubes into totes or trucks according to established processes and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding safety, quality, and other work-related matters.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to 5S guidelines.

Physical Requirements

• Walk, stand, climb, balance, stoop, crouch, bend, reach, kneel, crawl, and stretch.
• Use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
• Talk and hear without visual cues.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Pass a drug test and criminal history background check.
• Previous experience as Construction Laborer or Installation Technician.
• Self-starter with ability to read, add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
• Ability to interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
