About the role

Our Summer Internship Program at LandCare offers an All‑Access Pass to a unique journey through every role within our branch operational team. Interns gain hands‑on experience with management teams, learn leadership skills, help solve client problems, discover career interests, and expand their professional network while contributing to greener, cleaner outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with branch management teams on daily operational tasks.
• Learn and practice leadership and problem‑solving skills.
• Assist in addressing client challenges and delivering service solutions.
• Explore various functional areas to identify personal career interests.
• Collaborate with team members to support the care of outdoor environments.

Qualifications

• Currently in the third or fourth year of a bachelor's degree program.
• Enthusiastic about testing branch operational roles with an open mind.
• Willingness to roll up sleeves and fully engage in internship tasks.
• Adaptable, collaborative, and eager to tackle challenges.
• Proactive with an entrepreneurial spirit.
