About the role

The LandCare Support Center Internship Program offers college students the chance to explore academic interests in a living business environment. Interns rotate through various business functions—Information Technology, Accounting and Finance, Business Strategy, Operations, Human Resources, Payroll, and Benefits—and can opt for deeper focus in any area. The program emphasizes a people‑first culture, providing in‑depth orientation, cross‑training, a dedicated mentor, interaction with senior management, and management‑skill development, with the possibility of full‑time employment after graduation.

Responsibilities

• Work within the LandCare Support Center’s business functions: Information Technology, Accounting and Finance, Business Strategy, Operations, Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits.
• Participate in an in‑depth orientation to learn about team members’ expertise and the company’s people‑first culture.
• Engage in cross‑training to explore interests and find a niche within the business.
• Receive guidance from a dedicated mentor focused on achieving personal goals.
• Interact with senior management to hear their stories and obtain feedback.
• Develop management skills through targeted training.
• Contribute to real initiatives that help move LandCare forward.
• Be considered for full‑time opportunities after successful internship completion.
