About the role
This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Real Estate & Construction environment.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute the company’s West transportation buildings market strategy
- Lead major pursuits for complex transportation facilities
- Serve as the primary liaison to West Coast transportation agencies
- Identify opportunities years ahead of procurement processes
- Build and lead high-performing pursuit teams
- Maintain planning and forecasting within Deltek Vantagepoint
- Expand the company’s presence in transportation-related architecture across the West
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- 15+ years of experience in transit and transportation-related buildings
- Proven leadership across the Western U.S. transportation market
- Successful track record in leading major pursuits for transit facilities
- Established relationships with West Coast transportation agencies
- Credibility as a seller-doer with market leadership and project expertise
- Experience in senior roles within AEC or PM/CM

Pay
$248,541 – $276,157 annually
