Responsibilities

• Provide direct service delivery to clients in accordance with agency policies and procedures.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized service plans based on client needs.
• Coordinate with other agencies and community resources to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all client interactions and services provided.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• At least one year of relevant work experience in social services or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience working with diverse populations.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations governing social services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

Salary range: $30,000 - $40,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
