About the role

We are seeking an experienced Survey Technician to join our team. This is primarily a field-based position, though some office work may be required. You will play a key role in delivering accurate survey maps, which are essential for engineering and construction projects. Responsibilities

• Perform boundary, topographic, utility, right-of-way, and existing condition surveys.
• Utilize various survey technologies to complete projects.
• Download and process survey field data.
• Analyze and adjust survey control.

Requirements

• A minimum of two years of related survey experience.
• Knowledge of land surveying practices, principles, and techniques.
• Familiarity with the latest survey technologies, including robotic total stations, base/rover, and network GPS units.
• Hands-on experience performing boundary, topographic, utility, right-of-way, and existing condition surveys.
• Self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills; highly motivated team player.
• Possess a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.

Qualifications (Preferred)

• An associate degree in a related field.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD for drafting and computations.
• Knowledge of Carlson SurvCE, Trimble, or TopCon.
• Prior experience working in the Natural Gas Industry.

Pay

$22–$25/hour
