Sterling Engineering is hosting a hiring event for multiple openings in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment in the West Columbia area. Candidates with hands-on technical experience interested in growing their careers within manufacturing and engineering operations are encouraged to attend.

Requirements

• Experience in electronics manufacturing, production, or technical operations
• Experience troubleshooting, testing, debugging, or supporting manufacturing equipment/processes
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Ability to work in a high-volume manufacturing environment
• Associate’s degree or technical training is a plus, but not required for all roles

Preferred Experience

• Electronics assembly or manufacturing
• Test equipment and diagnostics
• PCB troubleshooting and repair
• Production support and process improvement
• Facilities or equipment maintenance within manufacturing environments

Pay

Applicable pay ranges for listed roles are between $18–$40 per hour.
