Werkstudent (m/w/d) Elektronik – Compliance & nachhaltige Produktentwicklung

Around the role

Support our development team and gain interesting insights into electronics development, component management, and sustainable product development.

Responsibilities

• Analyze electronic components used in our products regarding environmental, sustainability, and compliance requirements (e.g., RoHS)
• Research and evaluate technical and regulatory information about electronic components using professional component databases
• Identify potential risks for existing and future products and structure the results
• Support in selecting suitable alternative components and deriving technical measures
• Collaborate with our electronics development, procurement, and other functional areas
• Contribute to the ongoing development of processes in the area of component compliance and sustainable product development

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a study of electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, or a comparable technical study program
• Passion for electronic components, circuits, and technical issues
• Practical experience through own electronics projects, microcontrollers, repairs, or building projects
• Structured, meticulous, and independent working style
• Interest in topics such as sustainability, product compliance, and technical standards
• Good German and English language skills for working with technical data sheets and international information sources
