About the role
We are seeking a working student to help develop and deliver new educational programs for children, youth, and potentially adults in summer and autumn 2026. The focus is on outdoor learning experiences that combine Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) with experiential education methods. Your role will be shaped around your profile and interests, with opportunities to contribute to training other student freelancers and coordinating partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and conduct educational programs for children, youth, and adult groups
- Support coordination of appointments and direct communication with cooperation partners
- Conduct on-site sessions with groups
- Assist in training and onboarding additional freelancers and volunteers (long-term perspective)
- Co-develop further projects within Erasmus+ funding frameworks
Requirements
- Enthusiasm for ecological sustainability and strong political interest
- Leadership experience from associations or other initiatives
- Ideally, a degree in educational science, social work, or a related field with connections to ecology or pedagogical practice
- Experience leading educational programs
- Creative project ideas and motivation for independent work

Schedule
