We’re Hiring: Financial Analyst (15-Month Hybrid Contract)

📍 Location: Loveland, CO 80538 (Hybrid — 3 days onsite)

💵 Pay: $45.00 / hour

What you will work on

Margin & Financial Analysis

• Perform daily margin analysis to proactively identify issues and collaborate with business units on solutions.
• Conduct data harmonization, testing, and margin analysis across North American retail regions to drive profitability.
• Support legacy company integration efforts and contribute to ongoing strategic finance projects.

Business Support & Operations

• Field inquiries from regional and branch teams regarding P&Ls, margins, costs, freight, and supplier programs.
• Assist Regional, Divisional, and Branch managers with business analysis to optimize financial performance.
• Partner across regions to identify opportunities that improve overall operating margins.

Reporting, Planning & Close

• Deliver accurate, timely financial reports and analysis to Regional, Divisional, Branch, and Corporate leadership.
• Assist in preparing annual budgets, strategic plans, quarterly presentations, forecasts, and monthly business narratives.
• Participate in the monthly financial close alongside business managers and operational accounting.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited institution.
• 3+ years of experience in Financial Analysis.
