Morph Design Studio is an award-winning architectural practice based in the heart of the Surrey Hills. We specialise in high-end residential projects across Surrey and London, delivering bespoke new builds and luxury refurbishments for private and developer clients. With an exciting pipeline of new projects, we are looking for a talented Part 3 Architect or experienced Architectural Technician to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and run bespoke residential projects, ensuring high-quality design and technical execution
• Produce and develop concept designs, technical drawings, and planning applications
• Work closely with private and developer clients, managing projects from concept to completion
• Collaborate with consultants and coordinate with contractors during construction
• Support junior team members and contribute to studio culture
• Aid in managing social media content to showcase our work

The Role

• Location: Surrey Hills studio, with project sites across Surrey & London
• Salary: Dependent on experience
• Driving Required: Yes – must own a car for site visits

Essential Criteria

• Currently residing in the UK, with 2-3 years of UK work experience
• Strong technical ability and UK construction knowledge
• Fluent in Vectorworks & SketchUp
• Good sketching and hand drawing skills
• Experience with high-end bespoke detailing and construction drawings
• Strong presentation skills and an eye for design
• Knowledge of Planning Applications & Building Regulations for UK prime residential projects
• Confident in client and consultant interactions

Desirable Skills

• Experience mentoring or training junior staff
• Knowledge of rendering software (linked to SketchUp) & Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience in Contract Administration
