Responsibilities
- Provide clinical services to clients in a trauma-informed manner.
- Collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct assessments and provide ongoing therapy sessions.
- Engage in supervision and consultation with senior staff.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
- Document all services provided in accordance with agency policies and regulations.
Requirements
- A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Licensed or licensed eligible to practice in the state of Wisconsin.
- Experience working with children and families experiencing trauma.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
- Knowledge of community resources and referral networks.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills
- Strong therapeutic skills.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
