Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services to clients in a trauma-informed manner.
• Collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and provide ongoing therapy sessions.
• Engage in supervision and consultation with senior staff.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Document all services provided in accordance with agency policies and regulations.

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Licensed or licensed eligible to practice in the state of Wisconsin.
• Experience working with children and families experiencing trauma.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles and practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Knowledge of community resources and referral networks.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
