Wellness Travel Coordinator
About the Role
The Wellness Travel Coordinator operates within wellness tourism, congresses, pilgrimages, international missions, tailor-made group programs, events, and traveler support. This role focuses on wellness travel coordination, applied to travel planning and service—without implying medical services or health-treatment delivery. Decisions must reflect the specific demands of the operating environment, ensuring confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions are visibly separated.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate wellness travel planning with supplier coordination, ensuring checkpoints leave a visible source, owner, status, and next action within the context of wellness tourism, congresses, pilgrimages, international missions, tailor-made group programs, events, and traveler support.
- Review and track role documentation (e.g., G Spa Travel S.A.S.) for wellness travel coordination, maintaining visibility of source, owner, status, and next steps.
- Document reservation systems with deadline management, ensuring traceability and accountability in wellness travel coordination.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting for wellness travel coordination, adhering to a wellness-focused, travel-focused, and coordination-owned work profile.
- Reconcile quality control with workflow management, surfacing unresolved items and repeated errors before they lead to downstream rework.
Decision Standards
Quality Standard: Travel planning and service must remain usable under the specific demands of wellness tourism, congresses, pilgrimages, international missions, tailor-made group programs, events, and traveler support. Completed work must be traceable, unresolved items must have owners, and errors must be addressed proactively.
Key Competencies
- Confidently use G Spa Travel S.A.S. workflow context and travel planning tools within the wellness travel coordination framework.
- Apply data accuracy without losing track of evidence or deadlines in the coordination workflow.
- Document process compliance and escalate issues clearly, ensuring reasoning is transparent in the operational context.
- Exercise judgment in follow-up, particularly when coordination depends on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
The role-specific handoff test ensures workflow context, status tracking, and follow-up are current; if these signals are not maintained, the work remains open.
