Wellness Specialist (PRN)
Overview

Role Purpose
Responsible for assisting with set-up and delivery of health promotion and screening programs which establish an information exchange process with consumers.
Responsibilities
- Assists in the delivery, development and instruction of health promotion classes, lectures, screening, and immunization programs.
- Assists with development of class objectives and educational handouts.
- Sets up, delivers, and breaks down after community and corporate events.
- Ensures accurate tracking of program participants including follow-up of screening participants and reports results to department manager.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Experience: 2-5 years
Preferred Qualifications
- Public Health/related Experience
- Supervisor Experience: Preferred
- Experience: 5-10 years
