Position Overview
The Health and Wellness Specialist should be action-oriented, customer service driven, ambitious, culturally fit, upbeat, confident, honest, detailed, and goal-oriented. This person will work with the Center Manager, and their team to identify and solve problems, set expectations and goals, and complete daily tasks. This candidate shall also possess the skills necessary to perform their duties and responsibilities with minimal direct supervision.
Qualifications
- Ability to work a minimum of 20-40 hrs a week with a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Ability to comprehend and pass a number of iCRYO-designed service exams following iCRYO University initial training.
- Build rapport with guests, conduct health intake, and determine the best services to assist with health goals.
- Maintain good time management skills, good judgment, and the ability to multitask.
- Understand the needs of the guests, and the ability to educate guests on the services needed in a competent, efficient, and professional manner.
- Meet or exceed minimum productivity requirements set by the company including sales goals.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Maintain an environment of trust, and communicate efficiently with managers and peers.
- Maintain a clean environment, and uphold company standards.
- Understanding of sales goals and operations processes
- Able to book, reschedule, and cancel reservations utilizing our POS system
- A strong understanding of the social media space, and the ability to create content
- 2-3 years of Sales Experience in retail and 1 year experience as Esthetician
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide professional wellness services (Cryo, Red light, IR Sauna, PEMF, IV Infusions, BodySculpting, Compression) to our guests.
- Build B2B relationships and Prospect for customers with the help of our Team and take care of our Guests while they are in the center - Welcome visitors and members to the studio, answer phones, and assist the front desk with various administrative tasks.
- Manage and organize marketing efforts both within and outside of the studio (tabling events).
- Resolve member concerns professionally and respectfully to address them through excellent customer service.
- Generate leads by various methods, including doing outreach to prospective members by phone, text, email, and talking with prospects at local events and studio walk-ins.
- Provide accurate information (e.g., service features, pricing, and after-sales services)
- Answer customers’ questions about specific services
- Answer and respond to guest inquiries on services available
- Help with the daily social media post

$15 - $18/hr to start, plus unlimited commissions
