Wellness Revenue Assistant

This is a Fully Remote Job About Our Client:The organization operates within the senior living industry, addressing the challenge of managing wellness evaluations and billing for resident wellness programs. It focuses on ensuring accurate assessment processes and efficient communication related to service fees for senior residents, involving responsible parties and healthcare proxies as needed. About the Opportunity:The WELLNESS REVENUE ASSISTANT is responsible for managing accurate wellness evaluations and the timely billing of resident wellness program fees. This role ensures proper notification of assessments and fee schedules, implements billing updates in relevant systems, and supports the transition from manual to automated billing notifications. The position directly impacts the financial accuracy and communication effectiveness related to resident wellness services. Responsibilities:Review wellness package and service level notices requiring billing updates.Verify accuracy of resident evaluations through electronic health records.Distribute assessment notices and forms to residents and associated parties.Enter managed service fee changes into the billing system.Audit sent notices and scheduled rates against implementations.Collaborate with communities and operational teams to resolve billing and evaluation discrepancies.Analyze level of care variances and follow up as needed.Support automation of billing change notifications.Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements:Bachelor’s or associate degree.Minimum of 2 years experience.Clinical and/or accounts receivable/billing experience in senior living preferred but not required.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.Ability to learn and use Yardi EHR and Voyager systems; prior Yardi experience preferred.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.Team-oriented with capability to interpret clinical and financial data. Pay Range and Compensation Package:Pay range: $25 to $32 per hour.
