Role Overview The Wellness Nurse (LPN/LVN) supports resident health and ensures clinical compliance in a senior living environment. Key responsibilities include conducting wellness assessments, monitoring health changes, supporting medication management, and performing MAR/TAR audits. The role involves communicating with families, physicians, and care teams, as well as documenting care activities and maintaining regulatory compliance. Additional duties include supporting infection control initiatives, monitoring incidents and falls, and training care team members to uphold quality standards.
